A Spring Ladies Luncheon: Faith, Food, and Lenten Hosting
This spring I hosted a ladies luncheon that had it all: a group rosary, a Lenten dialogue, beautiful food brought by friends, a spring charcuterie board, roasted yellow pepper soup, and two mocktails made by my husband Stephen. Here is how the afternoon came together and how you can host your own.

Lenten Cooking: A Reflection
This post reflects on how Lent invites us to simplify both our meals and our habits. Instead of giving up something small, it encourages choosing sacrifices that help us grow in discipline and love for God. By eating simpler foods and letting go of comfort, we are reminded of our dependence on Him and learn to be more grateful. In this way, Lenten fasting becomes not just a challenge, but a way to refocus our hearts on what truly matters.
