Immaculate Heart of Mary Cream Puff Pastries
August 22 is a special day for Stephen and me, marking our wedding anniversary and the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. To celebrate, I created heart shaped puff pastries filled with creamy custard and fresh strawberries. These sweet treats are a joyful way to honor Our Lady and share a little devotion and celebration from our kitchen to yours.

Understanding Our Mission Behind the OurCatholicKitchen Blog
OurCatholicKitchen is more than recipes. It’s a reflection of our faith, family, and love for gathering around the table. In our kitchen, flour dusts the counters, meals simmer with care, and conversations turn into cherished memories. Through sharing recipes, feast day traditions, and our journey as a growing Catholic family, we hope to inspire simple acts of love, hospitality, and joy in your own home.
